At the heart of every CARM retreat is prayer: personal prayer, reflection and silent contemplation. Daily worship, is open, inclusive, and values the diversity of ways to God — its roots are in the width and depth of Christian traditions and imagination. The retreat chaplain gives spiritual and pastoral support to the group, and is always ready to talk in confidence with any retreatant who would appreciate that. |

are interlinked and flow into one another. For each retreatant, we hope the result will be a personal and shared adventure. We hope it will be a small but significant experience of creativity and spirituality connecting and supporting each other. We hope it will contribute to healing and well-being. |
